Hi everyone. On my 3rd FD today & feel it's going well, I'm not finding the hunger particularly bad & feel this could be a really sustainable WOE for me. However ive been feeling fine up until about 3/4pm when I get really shaky legs and generally feel a bit weak. I'm drinking heaps of fluid and have tried a teaspoon of marmite in case it's lack of salt but doesn't seem to help. Any tips ? Or is it just my body getting used to it. I have quite an active 3 year old to look after so sitting down isn't always an option
