Thanks Not2be.

Did I mention the M&S meals are 3 for £10? But they don't freeze which is a shame.

Are you on the app H3? Can you not find it from "threads I'm on"?

What are you using H3l, the app or the website? I'm on the mobile version of the website which I prefer to app. Once you're logged in and you've posted on a thread, you'll see it from licking threads I on, you'll be on part 2 & part 3. Does that help at all?
Down to 11.4 this morning, KBs done, 8k steps done, got pretty wet & cold but very pleased to see a pound down considering the amount I've been eating. Tomorrows my official WI so I can't screw up today!!!

Hi All!

I am on the App, but it only shows I am on the MM BSD 1, I then go to the end of that, and click on the link Not2b set up for BSD2, now I go to the end of that to get to 3....

I was on the website before I started using the App, perhaps I should revert to that again.

Can't find the 3 in the list of diet forums either, have looked on the fasting bit, is this the correct one please?

Have shocking hangover today, did eat but not enough. Alcohol tolerance has plummeted, which is good but I need to stop shovelling wine down my throat.

Will suffer today but now looking ahead can see that if I want to look respectable in my swimming cozzie on holiday in 6 weeks time then I need to buckle down; from Sat I have 7 clear days when I'm doing nothing social and will use that time to refocus & get back on 800 a day.

You must be very hungry to lick the thread not2b......

Report
Not2bObvious · 28/04/2016 10:00

That might be what I need to do H3l, lick the thread instead of crisps & chocolate😁 The thread is living in the 5:2 section - hope that helps? I shortened the name a bit.

Posted too soon. Sorry to hear about the hangover, I'm still shuddering when I think of last Saturday. I'm out tomorrow night but I SWEAR I will not wreck myself. It can't be good for the body

Thanks for the thread. I'm just marking place. No weight loss again today which is making me grumpy.

Thanks to my dodgy scales I have no idea if I've lost any weight or not! Tried them again this morning and got weight varying between 11 stone 1 and 11 stone 10!

Not sure if the fault lies with the scales or uneven flooring, don't want to go and shell out for new scales just to have them do the same thing.

Report
Not2bObvious · 28/04/2016 12:50

That's some variation clare, have you anywhere with a decent flat surface? Or could you weigh at a boots or chemist to see a more accurate reading?

Hi Clare, have you got a tiled or hard floor you can try them on, even an outside terrace or path in your garden? Carpets & wooden floors are prone to give dodgy readings.

Report
Elvish · 28/04/2016 13:49

Hi Clare, If you have an old tile or piece of hardboard or something knocking about it could be worth making a hard flat surface to stand your scales on - just has to be as big as the base of your scale.

Then you could weigh somewhere else as Not2be suggests to get a reading and match it to your scales so you know it's consistent?

H3, I have that problem too. I think I can drink like I used to and then regret it. Last night out I was on, I had a bottle of wine and 2 double amarettos between 3pm and midnight. Pre BSD this wouldn't have even made me tipsy, let alone given me a hangover but I felt rotten all the next day.

Oh I know H3l, the demon drink eh? I'm managing Mon-Thurs drink free the last 2-3 weeks so that's something but I do need to learn to stop before I overdo it. I lose a day every time I get a hangover 😔

I'm still not back down to my lowest weight following Monday's binge (wine and cheesecake Shock ) so I'm trying to keep that in mind and resist all the bad stuff.

I'm really craving chocolate, but I'm going to have a herbal tea instead Brew
