Fasting / 5:2 diet

Looking for mfp friends who are doing 5:2/4:3/ADF etc

Just what the title says really. my mfp username is acceberd if anyone wants to add me.
I've just started 5:2 this week. Looking to maintain my current weight but a loss of my final 2lbs would be a bonus!

Oh hello, I was just going to say you can add me because I'm planning to start 5:2 this week, but you already added me. I've restarted MFP today after weighing myself this morning and finding I've put on everything I lost. Gah.

Is there a way to tinker with the MFP goals to reflect 5:2 calories?

hi. no there's no way to adjust the mfp goals for 5:2 and if you try to complete your food diary on the FD it tells you off for not eating enough!
I find checking the graph on the weekly nutrition section helpful as you can see your calorie deficit for the week.
