There's certainly more value in that programme than in the current 'diet' Horizon special currently being shown.

I hadn't heard of this until I saw the add last week, took the test and it recommends I try the 5:2. better start some research.

I've been meaning to catch up on IPlayer.

I have to say I've been finding 5:2 really easy.
