Does anyone use ready meals when doing 5:2. I had an M&S one earlier, really nice and 325 calories. Filling as well. I'm thinking of trying 5:2 again next week and considering using these as my main meal.
I do - I find it really difficult to cope with cooking things on fast days! I've been buying these: www.ilumiworld.com/products they are very nice and because they are shelf stable it's less of a bother finding space in the fridge and buying them all the time. I suppose in an ideal world I would cook from scratch, but since I do that on all the other days I guess it doesn't matter too much. Whatever helps you stick to it!
