Fasting / 5:2 diet

Anyone maintaining - how often do you fast?

I find that 6:1 is allowing the weight to start creeping back on again, all be it slowly, is anyone else finding the same?
I wondered about 5:2 one week, 6:1 the next. Just wondered what others find works best for maintaining.

I've stuck with 5:2 but not strictly 500 calories

Always 5:2 in term times and more like 6:1 or fewer in school holidays and none during holidays away. It all levels out and means any gains in holidays are quickly sorted during term time.

Thanks. This week I've done 2 days but it ended up as about 750 cals on one of the days and 600 on the other.
I'll see how that works out.

Hey yes I found the odd pound crept back on so I decided to cut down my alcohol at the weekends, now I weigh less than my target weight (only two pounds less, but worth mentioning!) x

I chop and change between 6:1, 5:2 and throwing in 16:8 days here and there. If the weight creeps up I go back to 4:3/5:2 for a few weeks to even it out
