First FD today and planning dry-fried chicken breast and courgettes for tea. How strict are you all when measuring your veg? Cos on MFP there's obviously a calorie value for everything, but are you a bit laxer with the 'good stuff'?!

Count everything meticulously on FDs! I also count four other days a week where I eat below TDEE. This allows me two blow out meals (not days!) a week, one meal out or takeaway and Sunday lunch.
Yes I did count them. I guess it's fine really, because you get loads for your calories with courgettes! Am also going to count for the rest of the week because, like you Metella, I do love a blowout!
Yes - if only to learn what 100g of courgettes looks like!
