I've been doing the 5.2 since 01 Jan and like to have a banana about 2pm then two Ryvita with light Philadelphia about 4 or 5pm, leaving about 300 calories for my evening meal. Having tried out a few recipes, I've found recipes using eggs (including yolks) are best for controlling my hunger until bedtime. Does anyone have any egg based recipes around 300 calories? One of my favourites is parma ham and asparagus omelette. TIA!
