1st fast day, hints and tips please

Pleased I have managed to do it, although I think I may be a little over the 500 cals, but under 600. Starving right now! This usually my binge night too as hubby's away and l have thd telly to myself. What is everyone's best filling low cal meal?

... I have found, if I watch dvd's instead of normal tv, when I'm 'home alone' I'm less like like to get hungry with all the food adverts !! That's my weak point ! If there's no one to stop me I'd soon crumble !

I have the fridge stocked up with celery ! One stalk is 15cals or something silly like that ! So that's a good standby !! Keep up the good work !! :-)

I find hot water with lemon or herbal tea helps cos once I'm warm I don't feel the need to eat.

This is my second month doing this, I need to get on top of my non fast days, I'm eating lots still on these days.
