Hi I am pregnant at the moment with dc2. It is becoming very apparent that I am going to need to diet at some point after the birth. I was very lucky with dd and was able to bf easily, she gained weight well, I had loads of milk (ended up tipping some of it down the sink). Assuming I am able to bf dc2 do you think I will be able to start fasting 3 months after birth? Has anyone one else tried this and been successful (or unsuccessful)?
