I have read conflicting advice. One stating to get as close to your TDEE each NFD and one that says to add 25% to your TDEE and get close to that.Which is it?
I would say that if you average out your 5 NFDs then the average should be your TDEE. I often eat below my TDEE during the week and above at weekends.
