Could I be pregnant? ...anyone get all in their head

I'm not actively ttc, in fact I'm not trying at all. But is it just me or do women between a certain age just feel they get carried away when they have a slip up and COULD be pregnant.... (I recently had a woops moment) and find myself wanting a bfp but actually I don't think realistically I'm ready for number 3... Is that a thing? Maybe it's women who's body clock is saying 'you're fertile, make a baby!' ... maybe it's just me? I dont want another baby but I can feel myself getting carried away googling early symptoms... I just think it's not normally me why am I being like this.... does anyone feel this way....?
