spotting and ovary pain

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this? Was diagnosed with PCOS when trying for first child and came off the pill and never had a period, after breastfeeding first child I had a period roughly every 34 days and roughly every 34 days when I had them back after my second. I stopped breastfeeding in November and thinking about trying for another child, period in December/Jan was 3 weeks late and very heavy. Now I keep having very light pink spotting and ovary pain, had an ultrasound but just looking for reassurance before I get results back, I keep scaring myself on Google!
