Red/pink freckles on breasts - pictures

I have noticed these small pink/red freckles on my breasts - not sure how long they have been there but definitely not forever. I am 24, 25 in a few months, I have 1 child who is 9 weeks old and is breastfed. I don't smoke, don't drink excessively and am generally healthy apart from an undiagnosed back issue. Any advice?

I have a few of those too. I’ve never been concerned. I thought they were innocuous blemishes.
