The depo shot

I went the walk in on the 11th June to get the depo shot as I just wanted to be protected over the next few months as I had a few events coming up. I had unprotected sex no condom on the 22nd June. I went on holiday on the 8th and on the 14th I was in bed and my body was freezing and my head was pounding and back hurting and Tuesday just gone my left nipple feels like it's got a sharp pain running threw it? Also on the 8th at the airport I was getting tight sharp spasms in my stomach and when I tried to breath in it really hurt. Was first time in about 5 years since I had the shot xx
