Anxiety about birth control

Hi Everyone!
I suffer from anxiety and I have been sexually active with my partner for about a year and a half now with no issues but I really want to find a birth control that works for me other than condoms. I tried the pill for about two weeks but I had a panic attack because I read that it increases your chance of getting a blood clot and reading that somehow I convinced myself I had one (I know it’s irrational but that’s how I think when my anxiety gets really bad). I was also worried about the increase in the chance of getting breast cancer on the pill. I think the hormones in the pill triggered my anxiety because it hadn’t been that bad for a long time until I started taking the pill. Are there any other contraceptives that anyone recommends other than the pill? Thank you
