DH had the snip just over 6 months ago. Once he was over the initial discomfort, he found that he was in pain whenever he got an erection. After visiting the doctor, he got put on antibiotics. Before he’d even finished the course he could no longer get an erection anywhere near as hard as he used to. Antibiotics didn’t list this as a side effect & I can find anything online to suggest it was them. So we think it’s the vasectomy itself that’s caused the issue. We can still have sex (only in missionary though) and he can still ejaculate, and he says he still feels as horny as ever. But his erection is more like a semi. He tried viagra and it made no difference. He’s had his testosterone checked and it’s fine. He’s getting pretty down about it & I just want to be able to help him but there’s not a lot of info out there. Anyone else have a similar experience and have any advice?
