Hi! Basically you have the diagram or cap, condone or natural family planning. All progesterone only methods can cause bleeding issues and generally if you have it with one you will have it with them all. Are oestrogen methods conta indicated for you ? Have you tried low dose pills ? There is a non hormonal coil but it also messes up bleeding or causes continuos bleeding for the duration of use among a shopping list of other problems.
