I had the Mirena Coil fitted 3 months ago, all has been ok enough since but the past few weeks I've had cramps pretty much constantly, they're not severe but seem to be getting stronger over time and the last couple of days I've been passing small blood clots but no period, about 6 maybe. Is this normal? Will it settle? Or is it gp time...
