Mirena coil issues

I had the coil fitted in the beginning of Feb
Had no periods and felt good
Had a bleed in April for 4 days followed by 3-4 weeks of spotting
Cramps (stabbing pains)
Nausea
Breakout of spots
Lower back ache
Fainting
Moody
Exhausted
I made an appointment with the doctor who examined me and said she couldn't feel the threads but I'm 100% I can feel them.
She's booked me in for a scan to check the position of the coil
I have done a home pregnancy test and it came back negative
I also had a blood test which came back negative

I've heard that pregnancy symptoms are 'normal' on the mirena coil! If that's true I'm going to have it removed.

Any thoughts? I have another week before my scan
