Mirena coil removal

Hi I had the mirena coil in for 7 months and had it removed early feb17 then had first period since removal.8th Feb 17 and as of yet no period this month I've taken pregnancy tests which 1st one was a very very faint positive and the 2nd and 3rd was a negative, could anybody shed some light as to what may be going on / happening please. We are ttc too
