Mirena after a miscarriage

Hi all,

I recently suffered an early miscarriage which required an ERPC. The doctor put me under pressure insisted he fitted me with a mirena coil at the same time (which was odd as I said we were planning to try again).

Anyway, after a week of recovery from the ERPC I've suddenly started getting strong pains. I went back to hospital on Monday and have been treated for a UTI. Today I'm bleeding quite a bit, despite the procedure being almost 2 weeks ago.

Could I already be having a period??
