help marina coil

Hiii help please girls had the coil fitted 4 weeks ago spent 18 days bleeding went to doctors had it checked was sent for a scan scan confirmed coil isnt right and bits are either in my skin or snapped off during fitting also the hormone is causing my muscles to spasm in my stomach and bowl have had nothing but pain in my left side and upset stomach on and off and constant bloated i look about 6 months pregnant sorry for the long post but i really want it out but now it looks like a gyno anybody else suffred similar problems
