advice for lump appearing and self burst on 2 year old healed episiotomy scar

i had to have an episiotomy during the delivery of my child two years ago. it got infected at the time but healed up quickly. recently a deep lump appeared under the line of the scar (it had no pus type head or pimple resemblence) and yesterday it unknowingly popped when i went to the bathroom. i only know it popped as blood appeared (no pus) and on closer inspection this is where it was coming from.
my question is do i need it seen to by a doctor or just leave it be? today it looks like a deep crater with dark blood under the skin in the center
