pid brown discharge sorry if tmi

Hi I had the mirena coil fitted in July before my wedding and about 5 weeks after was in so muh pain I ended up in a&e they removed the coil which made moved and when I went bk to my Dr he told me the results from the swab was PID. I already had been on 2 antibiotics so I thought that was the end of it. Now every month since I get a dark brown mucus discharge in my ovulating week bang on every month. Wondered if anyone had had this. Also all swabs I had before coil fitted and after didn't show any sign of STD. Thanks xxxx
