symptoms of Mirena.

I have had my mirena put in three weeks ago. My story is a little different, Iam also on hormone therapy for hormone dysfunction. It got to the point where I could barely get out of bed! My question is over the past couple of days I have had low sex drive and fatique, Iam also ovulating. do the symptoms go away? Everything has been fine, my period stopped and not spotting. I have to have bloodwork to decide if Maybe the mirena is counteracting with the hormones. I've also been told I might want to stay on it a little longer.Thoughts?? Success?? All I see are nightmare stories.this is my last resort for contraceptive!

Well seeing as mirena has hormones in it I can see how it may upset you. I have used mirena for 16 years so no babies and no periods for 16 years - wey hey!
