taking pills back to back

I've taken 3 packs of pills (microgynon) back to back. I've had a bit of "withdrawal bleeding" inbetween. I want to get back into my regular cycle though. I have 3 pills left of the pack I'm on. Im just a little concerned my cycle is all gone to pot! If I just take the 3 pills for the next 3 days, then have my usual 7 day break and carry on taking my pill "normally",will my period start to come on my new "free week" as I call it?

I think you'll most likely get your bleed the usual number of days after your last pill IYSWIM? So if you normally finish a pack on a Tuesday and start on the Saturday, that length of gap is likely whenever you stop taking them, however many days you've been on them.
