Has anyone tried Toni Weschler's book for natural family planning?

I read this when I was ttc and it really fascinated me. I've now been thinking of using it in place of contraception and I wondered what other's experiences where? I am breastfeeding and have pcos so I'm less likely to get pregnant...but don't want to take any chances!

Yes I use a version of this method. I really like it, though if you have long cycles or irregular ones you need to be OK with either abstaining or using a barrier method for quite a while early/mid cycle.
