Could anyone with a Find My Past sub do a look up for me?

I have access to Ancestry.com but they do not seem to have this record.

My great grandfather came to australia but I cannot seem to find any records of the ship he came over on. I have a letter from him that says he came over and then went back when his dad died and then came back.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
