I am not a historian .... ! My children are learning about The Tudors and I'd like to take them to a museum or other place of interest. We live in Greater Manchester. Any ideas ?

Speke Hall?

I find the National trust wesbite a pain to negotiate, but there may well be other NT properties near you that have Tudor links

This looks like a good site to browse for possible options.

Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire is brilliant. Great gardens, plus the story of a great Tudor woman - really worth a visit.
