at a bodypump class today we had to do press ups. i couldn't do the traditional ones and even the girlie ones on the step with bent knees just look nothing like what everyone else was doing!!
my elbows just don't bend like they should, what am i doing wrong??
(i am overweight, unfit and returning to exercise, btw. )
