I don't need to lose weight - just tone. I am already running (but a dodgy hip about to scupper that I think). I am too sensitive to chlorine for swimming. I don't want to do a class either really (not being that helpful, am I?) Just want to know the best thing - pilates book? callanetics (or whatever it is..)
All tips gratefully received (my bottom really is very wobbly)
