I find exercise pretty boring. What is reckoned to be the most efficient form of exercise? Burn the most calories in the least amount of time?I currently do about 40 minutes three times a week.I go running, but am very limited in where and when I can go, and the same old route gets dull.I went to an RPM class (a bit like spin) and loved it, but my poor arse is so bruised that I can't do another class for a week!
Rowing or spin are very effective!
I love RPM/spin. Your arse will get used to it
using an exercise bike works a treat
