Need exercises to do in short bursts, standing on a mat or using a step

I've joined a gym where you go round different machines for 30 seconds each (used to be LadyPace, think there are lots of these). In between each machine there's a mat or a step, with weights/squeezy things where you do your own thing. Trouble is, it's so long since I've exercised I have absolutely no idea what to do!

Can anyone make suggestions that are easy to remember & won't show up my complete lack of co-ordination? Thank you!!
