Good exercises for inner thigh toning

I have never had particularly shapely legs, despite being quite thin. My knees are a tad chubby on top, and I have large thighs compared to the rest of me, especially at the very top.

To finally tackle this, I have been using an exercise bike every day for several weeks now, and am really seeing a difference in the shape and tone of my legs. My thighs look much slimmer and I have some shape to my calves now- don't get me wrong, the change is minimal, but it is there!

However, the very top of my inner thighs is proving stubborn. The bike isn't the right exercise to target this area I know, and I wondered if anyone could help me?

I need an exercise that doesn't take too long (it's a struggle fitting in 30 mins on the bike), and doesn't involve lying down (as I don't have space where I use the bike).

Any ideas?

do you have a VERY sturdy chair? sit on floor with your legs out straight in front of you and squeeze the chair legs between your feet. I think you are supposed to lean your body forwards slightly to protects your back. hold the squeeze for a slow count of 100.

Do I just do that once or should I repeat do you think?

I loved Callenetics, what other exercise can you do while drinking wine, watching a video and chatting to your friend!

Thank you! I'll give it a go
