Hi - my DH and I are in a terrible physical state. We’re sorting our diet but we wanted something we could do together to start the day for 15-30 mins.

DH suggested yoga - any recommendations for beginner yoga on YouTube?

Agree Yoga with Adriene. So many choices of videos from beginners up and she is lovely and funny
