Exercising by jumping on a 10ft trampoline

Would this get my heart rate up? I don't have pelvic floor issues, luckily. 15 mins a day?

Sure, if you use your arms to propel you, and try to bounce higher, and do various moves, but I don't think 15 mins of trampoline bouncing a day will get you particularly fit.

m.youtube.com/watch?v=-f90f8P-Ktk I also started doing couch to 5k on my trampoline too. I use the NHS podcast for that. I find it really does get a sweat going and I enjoy it.

Have you thought about skipping? 15 mins skipping has the same benefits as 30 mins running.
