Start with something gentle like post-natal pilates even though you are a long time postnatal because those muscle groups will have been weakened then neglected and need reactivating and strengthening gently. They should build up quite quickly.

Admittedly, said section was 5 years ago but I am afraid to do any abdominal work in case I split my scar or something. It healed well afaik, but I don't know if it is safe. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks.
