Pondering the above after hitting the gym this morning.
I arrive at about 7.45am after dropping my toddler at nursery. There are a number of beautifully fit women, finishing showering and changing for work as I arrive.
Their work outfits are mostly smart - possibly fairly corporate - and they're always perfectly made up and generally turned out very well. They've obviously got some "get up and go" both in life and in work.
So, if you're a dedicated exerciser, do you have the same dedication elsewhere in your life? And if you were late to exercise, did it improve your dedication in other areas?
