Running with your phone

I hate running with my phone on my arm in one of those arm holders
I’ve shoved it down my bra or in my pocket in the past but nothing is really comfortable
Ideally I like to run with it in my hand but always think I will drop it 😂
I found this last year and it’s brilliant if you like running and holding the phone in your hand and still having access to the screen then you can’t beat this .
It’s about £3 so very cheap and I ive had mine for at least 6 months and use it pretty much every other day for at least an hour and it’s still going strong it’s never come off my phone once I’ve put it on
KALENJI HANDHELD SMARTPHONE HOLDER - BLACK Totally simple but amazing and did I say cheap
Decathlon is the only place that seems to sell it now although I got mine from Amazon originally

Kalenji is a Decathlon own brand, so yes that is the only place that sells it.

I recommend Decathlon for all sorts of stuff!

(I put my phone in a flipbelt, though, I like my hands free)

I use a flipbelt too. Love it.

Have you tried a running bag/belt?

If you run with something in your hand it can affect your running style/stride/posture.

I have this one running bag

I have running tights with pockets on the leg from fabletics. I love them as they also stop me leaving my phone on the equipment at the gym too.

I never take my phone. Just gets on my nerves where ever I put it 😬
