New year, new exercise goals. AKA New-year-athon 2019
(272 Posts)Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2019 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.
My goals are:
1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2019;
2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.
Cardio: BFBM (50 min)

A few days break as I was travelling on business. Back home today, so a rather reluctant KB&T L1 (40 min)

@clearsommespace I’ll probably set myself the same goal next year. I already managed it in 2018. (In 2017 I went for 300 days of exercise - I definitely won’t be doing that again).
