Can anyone recommend a decent free app with workouts? Really don't want to subscribe to anything ...

Fitness blender is great, loads of different workout lengths and types and you can filter by what you want.

Can't seem to find that on the App Store?

The 7 minutes one has a really basic daily free workout.

I think most apps will charge. You might be better subscribing to something on YouTube.

What are you looking for?

You don't have to log in or set up a profile, just go to 'free workout videos'.

Okay, so you know what you're doing, you just need some inspiration. Some channels will have the videos organised into weekly or monthly programmes so you don't have to worry about the cardio/strength ratios. I use Jessica Smith (because she's got a wide range of videos and a cute dog).

Haha. Pop over here www.mumsnet.com/Talk/exercise/3189196-No-ripping-tearing-or-shreding-its-Jessica-Smith They’re kind of the opposite of shouty exercise videos.

I use the Nike training app when I can't get to the gym and really like it. It's quite basic and mostly circuits but you can filter to no equipment exercises and time/difficulty etc
