Outdoor fitness class

What do I wear? I don't want to freeze my arse off or sweat to death from too many layers
Any experience with this?

Layering is your friend.
Long running leggings, long sleeved running top plus t shirt.
Fleece if you so desire.
Is it BMF? If so, or similar, they'll be fine to drag around your discarded items. Or tie around waist. Can recommend sealskinz gloves too.

Yes, lots of layers & stuff you can take off and carry easily like hat & gloves. Thicker socks, because feet get cold if you’re stopping & starting. I used to do an outdoor bootcamp & my feet were much colder than when I went running in similar weather.

Thanks you for the replies. Layers it is! Can I get gloves with grips in the event I'm lifting anything?
I'm recovering from a Long illness that wiped me out. Trainer is physio too so has a plan designed for me. Looking forward to it after being sick for so long!
