Stretchitapp anyone tried it?

I really want to improve my flexibility so I have downloaded the stretchit app on my phone for the free trial. The free trial finished soon and so far I have only managed one 15 minute stretch session.

Has anyone else tried it and is there any feedback? I have seen loads of posts about it online and people say it's great. The thing is it's tricky to find 30 minutes everyday to stretch but I know my flexibility really needs to improve

You need to do flexibility training after a proper warm up session, and preferably after a work out where you’ve REALLY warmed up and pushed all major muscle groups.

Or you can do it more slowly via yoga or ballet.

Also, think about why you want to be flexible? What sort of flexibility do you want and what kind of function would increases flexibility have in your life?

I mean, I find it fun to be able to do the splits as my party trick, but in everyday life, the flexibility and ease of movement in my neck and torso are far far more useful and necessary.

I think you can probably find loads of stretching videos on YouTube for free, which’d be just as good.
