Yoga DVD or You tube

I am a runner and I would like to add some yoga to my routine. I probably need to do this at home to fit it in, so need a DVD or you tube video.

I had a quick look but can’t find any recent recommendations.

I have done yoga classes before, but not for a few years so while I have a good idea about positioning, but probably need a beginners approach.

Can anyone help please?

Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. Love her. Lots of recommendations on the Yoga board. She has some runners yoga but loads of other stuff. I like the daily programmes she does in January each year.
