6 years post CSection stomach?

Is there anything that can be done exercise wise? Have I left it too late? I’m about 2 stone overweight but have a big c section overhang (DS is 6 now). What exercises do I need to do? I also had (I assume have?) split tummy muscles? 😩😔

Mu Tu system is pricey and hard work but works IME. I did that for a while and now do general group fitness classes and it’s much improved, I didn’t lose weight as didn’t change my diet (BMI 25).

MuTu essentially recommended walking, working on “alignment”, squats, lunges, and some pilates type moves.

No traditional abdominal “crunches” or running.
