2 weeks until my holiday! Could I make a difference in two weeks?

So I know I have left it really late, but I'm wondering if I start a squat challenge now would it make a difference within two weeks? Actually I have two weeks and two days. I go to polefitness 2-3 times per week so I'm not keen to start anything like 30 day shred Although I think that could make a difference in two weeks as I know I will ache like crazy and I don't want to be too sore for pole fitness.

So would squats for two weeks help? If so how many should I do?

A squat challenge (as in, bodyweight, increasing reps/variations?) isn’t going to overhaul your ass in two weeks.

What do you want for a holiday body? Do you need to drop any weight, or are you simply looking for quick tone ups?

I'm happy with my weight so just to tone up would be good especially my bum, thighs and belly
