Anyone know a good website to find running events?

Since doing the Edinburgh Half in May and the London 10k in July, I haven’t had an event to train for and have therefore let my running fall by the wayside. I’d like to look for a half sometime in the spring to start training for now - can anyone recommend a website with good events? I’d consider traveling to a new destination (I’m in the Southeast of the UK).

Check eventbrite.com or meetup.com...One stop solution for any events in any part of the world.

www.runningdiary.co.uk You can set it up to send you alerts. Be warned though you can end up with loads each day unless you cut down the areas you are interested in.

The Running Bug do a list of events. Southern running guide/Midlands running guide are also good, and would cover your area.

Virtual-medals.com do virtual runs, keeps me motivated when I don’t have an actual event to rain for!
