Shred & press ups

Just about to restart the dreaded 30 day shred.
Is it better to do as many proper press ups as you can then collapse with jelly arms?
Or do half press ups for the whole time allotted?

I don’t know, but my PT has always been happy for me to do half press ups, so I stick with them grin

Do as many ful as you an. Then half for the remaining time.

Or do with hands on a height to make them easier.
