I’m not really a fan of strength training - too much faffing about - but I know it’ll help me no end. I run/Swim/bike and have access to some kettlebells/dumbells, barbell and a TRX Can anyone point me in the direction of some good online vids that particularly support runners/cyclists? I reckon if I can muster 2 x 30 minute sessions a week that should make a difference.
I would see what youtube has.
Focus on legs/arse. So start squatting. Split squats (working each leg independently) helped my running enormously.
